Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As an Occupational Therapist with Virginia Home Care Services, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients in Northern Virginia by providing comprehensive and individualized occupational therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' occupational therapy needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Educate clients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a home care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- CPR certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Note: This is a PRN position, and hours will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Compensation: $120.00 - $150.00 per hour
