JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking CNAs and Home Health Aides to join our team of caregivers in Gainesville and help us meet the needs of our clients who need help in the home overnight. This might be 7p-7a, 8p-8a, or 11p-7a.
In this position, you will assist clients with getting to bed at night and getting up in the morning. But you'll also be there for them through the night, ready to assist with using the restroom at the drop of a hat. In some cases, clients with memory issues and/or anxiety may need to be soothed or redirected. In all cases, you will be providing critical safety supervision.
The ideal candidate is reliable, has integrity, and is able to stay awake overnight without falling asleep.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be reliable and arrive on time

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- First aid and CPR certified
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
