Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients for physical therapy services.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to everyone.
- Conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of patients' homes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document progress.
- Teach therapeutic exercises and hands-on techniques to enhance patient recovery.
- Advise patients on in-home treatment options and set realistic recovery expectations.
Job Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- State-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts.
- 1+ years of clinical experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- CPR/BLS certification.
