*Training Opportunity: Paid Certified Home Health Aide Training with a $2,000 completion bonus (taxed). Our Registered Nurse Instructors will guide you through the skills needed to succeed.

Job Responsibilities of the CNA/Home Health Aide:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with daily hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care.
  • Companionship and Emotional Support: Offer social interaction and companionship, bringing joy and comfort to clients.
  • Meal Preparation & Nutritional Support: Assist with meal prep, feeding, and grocery shopping while adhering to clients' dietary needs.
  • Household Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for clients.
  • Health Observation & Reporting: Monitor client’s physical and mental well-being, documenting and reporting significant changes to the care team.
  • Mobility Assistance: Safely assist clients with movement and transfers.
  • Health Practices Reinforcement: Provide guidance to clients and families to reinforce positive health habits and safety protocols.
Qualifications:

  • Must have or be willing to complete Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
  • Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to enhancing the lives of others.
