As a PCA, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver at Excel you’ll provide hands-on care and companionship to our clients, assisting with personal hygiene, safety, and daily activities. Your role is vital—you’ll form meaningful connections with clients, becoming a trusted, valued part of their lives.
Key Responsibilities of the PCA, Home Health Aide, Caregiver:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a safe and caring environment.
- Organize daily routines to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team.
Requirements of the PCA/Home Health Aide, Caregiver:
- Current Driver’s License
- Reliable Vehicle
