About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Around The Clock Nursing. As an in-home LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and perform routine medical tasks
- Assess patient's condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Document patient care and progress
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
