We are looking for caregivers willing to work 30-40 hours a week. Sometimes that means a mix of shorter shifts (4, 6, or 8-hours). Sometimes it can mean three or more long shifts (10 to 12 hours). We need caregivers who are not only competent and good-hearted but flexible.
Our clients vary in their conditions and needs. Some simply need companionship, perhaps a light meal prepared and some dishes washed. Some need help with mobility and the basic activities of daily living. You tell us your preference in clients and your work needs ... and we try to find a good fit for both you and our clients. We know your challenges. We are a caregiving agency run entirely by caregivers (who still do shifts when needed).
Starting wage: $17/hour.
To work for us, you must have 1) a Level II background check (we can help with this), 2) a valid FL driver's license, 3) an insured, registered car to drive to shifts, and 4) No Felonies on your record.
Our goal at Close To Home Caregivers is to provide companionship, safety, personal assistance and comprehensive care plans for our clients ... while also making every effort to serve our caregivers. We believe that caregivers who are respected and valued are more likely to make a positive difference in the life of our clients. Simply put, happy caregivers mean happy clients.

We are a company run by caregivers not business managers. Our mission is to provide superior care and safety for our clients ... but also to retain our caregivers by keeping their needs and preferences uppermost in our scheduling. We try to find shifts that match their preferences, and clients that fit their skills and comfort level. In hiring, we look for caregivers who are compassionate, well-trained, reliable and vigilant. If you are new to caregiving but are empathetic and responsible, and you enjoy helping others, we will train you.
Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what we all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes or assisted-living facilities.
This agency is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the agency, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this agency. All inquiries about employment at this agency should be made directly to the agency location, and not to Home Care Evolution Corporate.
