About the Role:
Around The Clock Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team in Allentown, PA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position requires nurse to attend school with the individual via the school bus both two and from the residence. Hours available are 6 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to students with acute or chronic health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students
- Collaborate with school staff and families to promote a healthy and safe environment
- Conduct health screenings and assessments
Requirements:
- Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
