About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Home Care Nurse to join our team at Around the Clock Nursing in Allentown, PA. As a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a positive impact on their lives and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Assess and monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan
Provide emotional support and education to the patient and their family

Requirements:

Active nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in pediatric nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor
