About the IHA Training Program
Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a rewarding career in home health care? Our In-Home Aide (IHA) Training Program prepares you to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need. This program includes virtual classroom learning followed by hands-on, in-person training to equip you with the skills needed to become a certified In-Home Aide.
What You’ll Learn:
✔️ Basic caregiving skills and safety procedures
✔️ Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
✔️ Infection control and proper hygiene practices
✔️ Mobility assistance and proper body mechanics
✔️ Effective communication with clients and families
✔️ Hands-on training for real-world caregiving

Upon Completion, You Will:

Compensation: $12.75 - $13.00 per hour
