About the IHA Training Program

Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a rewarding career in home health care? Our In-Home Aide (IHA) Training Program prepares you to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need. This program includes virtual classroom learning followed by hands-on, in-person training to equip you with the skills needed to become a certified In-Home Aide.

What You’ll Learn:

✔️ Basic caregiving skills and safety procedures
✔️ Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
✔️ Infection control and proper hygiene practices
✔️ Mobility assistance and proper body mechanics
✔️ Effective communication with clients and families
✔️ Hands-on training for real-world caregiving

Upon Completion, You Will:

✅ Receive a certificate of completion qualifying you as an In-Home Aide (IHA)
✅ Be eligible for immediate employment with our home health agency
✅ Gain the skills needed to work in home care, assisted living, or healthcare settings

Who Can Apply?

✔️ Must be at least 18 years old
✔️ Able to pass a background check
✔️ Have reliable internet access for virtual training
✔️ Commit to completing both virtual and in-person training sessions
