Generations Home Healthcare, a premier agency located in Gladstone, NJ, is seeking compassionate and professional Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing private duty nursing team. Your territory includes Somerset, Essex, Union, Morris, Bergen and Hunterdon Counties, depending on what areas work best for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled nursing duties such as wound care and medication management

  • Monitor and assess changes in clients’ conditions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care

  • Educate clients and families about healthcare management options

  • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided

Requirements:

  • Valid New Jersey LPN license

  • CPR/Basic Life Support certification

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Proficient computer literacy

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable car

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • One year of nursing experience preferred

  • Home care experience preferred
