We seek an adaptable healthcare professional to lead our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. In this role, you’ll empower students through hands-on training and practical guidance, preparing them to excel in their certifications and careers. This role combines leadership with collaboration, ensuring students receive comprehensive and engaging instruction. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position.

As an instructor with Assured Quality Homecare, you will lead our rigorous CNA training program, delivered under our Empower Training Academy (ETA) brand. This challenging and highly regarded program is designed to prepare future CNAs for impactful careers in healthcare. You will play a crucial role in shaping skilled, compassionate professionals while upholding our values of kindness, dedication, and excellence. Your leadership will equip students with the habits and resilience needed to succeed in this demanding program and make a lasting difference in our healthcare community.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Leading the 120-hour CNA training program, balancing classroom and clinical instruction.
  • Preparing students for certification through practical skills and career-focused guidance.
  • Collaborating with clinical facilities to ensure students gain essential hands-on experience.
  • Staying flexible and responsive to the needs of students and training environments.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years as a licensed nurse or healthcare professional.
  • At least 1 year of teaching or mentoring experience.
  • Strong leadership and adaptable communication skills.
  • Comfortable balancing structure and flexibility in the classroom.
Program Details:
  • Training Center Location: Warwick RI
  • Program Length: 25 Days (80hrs Classroom & Lab + 40hrs Clinical)
  • Frequency: Classes run on a rolling basis once the minimum student threshold is met.
  • Class Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (20 days);
  • Clinical Hours:  Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (5 days).
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: This role requires vaccination due to working in facilities where it is mandatory.

Compensation: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
