Job Type: Part-Time (Office & Field)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (3 days a week in the office)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant  to join our team. This role is a unique blend of administrative duties and hands-on caregiving in the field. You will be expected to work part-time in the office, assisting with day-to-day operations, and part-time in the field providing direct care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and handling office correspondence
  • Assist with client intake and coordination of care services
  • Provide caregiving services in the field, including medication administration, personal care, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires and train incoming caregivers on company policies, procedures, and caregiving techniques
  • Maintain accurate client records and update documentation as required
  • Assist with other administrative and caregiving tasks as needed to support the team and clients
Qualifications:

  • CMT certification is a PLUS.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or home care is REQUIRED. 
  • Experience with onboarding and training new hires is a PLUS. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to work both in the office and in the field
  • Must have the ability to lift and assist clients as needed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
