Position Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of our agency, responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining accurate client assignments, and supporting both staff and client needs with a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability
- Ensure timely communication of schedule updates to caregivers and clients
- Respond to last-minute call-outs and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling systems and databases
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support (home care or healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling software or related systems a plus
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
