We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help ensure smooth coordination of care services for our clients and caregivers.

Position Summary:
The  Staffing Coordinator  plays a key role in the daily operations of our agency, responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, maintaining accurate client assignments, and supporting both staff and client needs with a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability
  • Ensure timely communication of schedule updates to caregivers and clients
  • Respond to last-minute call-outs and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling systems and databases
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support (home care or healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling software or related systems a plus
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
