We are seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA/Caregiver to join our team, in Watertown, MA.

Requirements:
The Caregiver will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
Work Hours: This position is intended to work for 4 hours, Morning shift Daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR certified preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Preferred
- Caregivers who have an SUV for reliable transportation, but we are open to any vehicle as long as it is well-maintained and suitable for safely transporting yourself and if needed, the client.
