Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a goal-driven, organized, and people-oriented professional who enjoys both administrative tasks and fieldwork. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, conducting client visits as needed, and supporting our home care operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Applicant Onboarding: Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.

Client Visits: Conduct home visits as needed (additional pay for visits).

Administrative Support: Manage documentation, scheduling, and compliance tasks.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and management.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client and employee records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in MD.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds if needed.
- Passion for working with the elderly and providing excellent care.
- Goal-driven and a people person.
Schedule:
- Part-time, flexible schedule with in-office and occasional fieldwork requirements.
