About the Role:
As a Referral Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships with referrers and families from within their community. You might be working in the health care sector as a social worker and looking to expand your horizons. We have a fantastic toolbox of resources that makes educating the community fun and easy. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our agency and, most importantly, the well-being of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Identify all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctor's offices and other health providers) to determine lead sources.
· Build and maintain database of potential referrers.
· Conduct training sessions to professionals and families that focus on dementia care and Parkinson’s disease care.
· Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public, and non-profit organizations.
· Arrange presentations of Visiting Angels services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies as well as brokerage companies looking for labor hire partners.
· Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events representing Visiting Angels services. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
· Maintain and manage a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System to track leads and follow-up on leads.
· Achieve weekly visit frequency with key targets and deliver messaging.
· Use tracking sheets to record activity and submit to manager weekly.
· Meet with manager weekly to discuss opportunities, referrals status, activity, etc.

You may be our ideal candidate if you have these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
