Role & Intentional Outcome: As our Operations Specialist, you will be the linchpin for streamlining operational processes, enhancing team and client satisfaction, and ensuring financial health. The intended outcome? Bring efficiency, consistency, and profitability to our agency while ensuring compliance and quality care.

Responsibilities: Your tasks will range from overseeing new operational policies to assisting the CEO in strategic planning, from managing staff to ensuring high client satisfaction and compliance.
