This position is for an Operations Specialist with a Passion for Innovation and Efficiency.

The Important Details: 

  • Role & Intentional Outcome: As our Operations Specialist, you will be the linchpin for streamlining operational processes, enhancing team and client satisfaction, and ensuring financial health. The intended outcome? Bring efficiency, consistency, and profitability to our agency while ensuring compliance and quality care.
  • Responsibilities: Your tasks will range from overseeing new operational policies to assisting the CEO in strategic planning, from managing staff to ensuring high client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Results: We believe in evaluating from the gain. You'll know you're successful when operational bottlenecks are a thing of the past when our team is engaged. Our clients are happy, and as CEO, I can focus more on strategic goals than operational hurdles.
  • Requirements: You bring to the table your adaptive thinking, leadership skills, exceptional communication capabilities, and a strong understanding of financial metrics and healthcare compliance.
  • Work hours & Compensation: Full time position, with an opportunity for rapid growth based on your performance. Compensation is merit-based, with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
