Position Overview:
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand—developing and executing outreach strategies to promote our services, build referral relationships, and increase our visibility throughout Mercer County and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients and their families to explain our services and support their decision-making process.
- Develop and implement local marketing plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and referral sources
- Represent the agency at community events and health fairs
- Track marketing efforts and provide regular performance reports
Qualifications:
- Healthcare marketing experience required
- Strong knowledge of Mercer County and surrounding areas
- Sales experience and ability to connect compassionately with prospective clients with successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
