Position Summary:
The Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience (healthcare setting is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
