We are seeking a FT and PT compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) who are committed to personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional care. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being
  • Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and document as required 
Documents as Required:
  • Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
  • Current/Active CHHA experience
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
