Position: Home Care Agency Intern
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Duration: 3-6 months

What You'll Do:
- Assist with client onboarding and support ongoing care plan management
- Help coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients
- Support outreach and community engagement efforts
- Conduct research on best practices in home care and elderly support
- Collaborate with our team on marketing and social media initiatives
- Learn about the regulatory and compliance aspects of home health services
- Provide administrative support as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or related fields
- Genuine interest in elder care, disability support, or community health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet research)
- Compassionate and eager to learn about home health services
