About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA-PCA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide essential support and care in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the care team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Administer medication and assist with mobility as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations in providing care.
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
- Background check clearance and current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
