About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA-PCA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a difference in the lives of our clients every day. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver personalized care plans.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care practices.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
