About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) and become a vital part of our compassionate team in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Help clients with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and client progress accurately.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Requirements:
- Valid HHA or PCA certification in New York State.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Background check and references required.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
