About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA-PCA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who are excited to provide essential support and care in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist with daily living activities and promote client independence.
Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients.
Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs, including evenings and weekends.
Background check clearance and current CPR certification are a plus.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
