Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude

  • Organize and maintain files and records

  • Prepare and assemble documents as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
