We’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our team as Home Care Aides. This is a great fit for someone who wants meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the chance to grow their skills with training assistance. You don’t need advanced experience — just compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to support others.
As part of our worker‑owned cooperative, you’ll have more than a job. You’ll have a voice. Caregivers participate in decision‑making, share responsibility, and help guide the direction of our organization. We believe the people doing the work should have power in shaping how it’s done.
In this role, you’ll provide one‑on‑one support to patients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and connected. You’ll assist with daily tasks, offer companionship, and help create a positive environment where patients can thrive.
What You’ll Do

Support patients with daily living tasks and mobility - Assist with personal care and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship, conversation, and mental engagement
- Offer medication reminders
- Help with simple exercises and activities
- Document care and communicate updates to the team
What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED - Valid driver’s license
- A caring, dependable attitude
- Willingness to learn — training assistance is available

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
