Summary
As a Home Health Aide at Homewatch CareGivers, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while supporting their independence and dignity.

Home Health Aide Responsibilities
- Provide all types of personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with memory care needs and developmental disabilities.
- Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting their independence.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes to the supervising nurse or manager.
- Respect resident rights and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Clock-in and Clock-out from shifts.
Home Health Aide Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Be able to pass a background check
- Some experience in senior care or as a caregiver
- Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Hospice Care, Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, Hospital Discharge, is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
