Position Overview
Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Weekend Caregivers (CNA, PCA, or IHA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Caregivers should bring strong communication skills, patience, and reliability while delivering high-quality care.
You will use skills such as:
- Personal Care Assistance: bathing, bed baths, changing of briefs, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Companionship & Communication: building trust, active listening, and providing emotional support.
- Daily Living Support: meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
- Observation & Reporting: monitoring changes in condition, documenting care, and promptly reporting concerns.
- Safety Awareness: recognizing hazards, following care plans, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Time Management & Reliability: showing up on time, managing tasks efficiently, and being dependable.

Professionalism & Compassion: treating clients with dignity, respect, and kindness at all times.
Requirements
- Caregiving skill set (personal care, bed baths and changing of briefs, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance using gait belt, Hoyer lift and or sliding board, light housekeeping).
- Must be reliable and available weekends.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Must have a smartphone for scheduling and communication.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers.

Compensation: $12.75 - $14.75 per hour
