Position Summary:
Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable PCA/CNAs to provide quality in-home care to clients in the Pfafftown and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience with personal care, companionship, and assisting clients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect.

The ideal candidate will have experience with personal care, companionship, and assisting clients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, changing briefs).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as directed.
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
- Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure safe and supportive care in the home environment.
Requirements:
- Experienced PCA or CNA certification (North Carolina).
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely.
- Availability for shifts in Pfafftown and nearby areas.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and accessing schedules.

Compensation: $12.75 - $15.00 per hour
