What You Will Lead
Build, manage, and expand strategic referral partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, clinics, and case managers

- Develop, host, and optimize networking and community engagement events
- Serve as the professional face of Peggy’s Home Care—known, trusted, and respected in the community
- Identify new market opportunities to expand our footprint across Monterey County and beyond
- Align growth initiatives with operational and clinical leadership for seamless execution
- Monitor KPIs, analyze referral trends, and continuously refine outreach strategy for maximum impact
What We Require (Non‑Negotiables)
3+ years of proven success in sales/business development (healthcare experience strongly preferred)

- Strong desire to master post-acute care, including home health, home care, and private duty services
- Genuine passion for seniors and for serving families during pivotal care transitions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- A fearless, driven mindset and a commitment to excellence

- 3–5 years of measurable success in sales, business development, and marketing

- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management abilities

- Develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Cultivate referral relationships across multiple healthcare verticals
- Oversee marketing and community outreach efforts
- Track and report KPIs such as admissions, referral conversions, revenue, and retention
- Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Compensation
Competitive base salary: $85,000–$95,000
Plus: A robust, uncapped bonus structure tied to weekly and monthly performance goals.

We engage our Caring Professionals in quarterly free wellness trainings called “Care for the Caregivers”. These trainings offer amazing techniques for stress relief with mindfulness training, acupuncture and self hypnotherapy and meditation practices.
