About the Job
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who can also handle administrative tasks. This is a hybrid/dual role where you will spend time both in the office (scheduling, organizing, communicating) and in the field (providing care for clients).

What You’ll Do
Caregiving (Field Work):
  • Help clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
  • Prepare meals, give medication reminders, light housekeeping.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Drive clients to appointments when needed.
Administrative (Office Work):
  • Schedule shifts, handle time-off requests, and cover last-minute call-outs.
  • Be available on-call during weekends for emergencies.
  • Keep records and update care notes.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and use scheduling software.
  • Track mileage for reimbursement.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years caregiving experience (home care, facility, or similar).
  • Some administrative/scheduling experience.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, email).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation (required).
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) – a plus.
  • CPR certified – a plus.
