Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients
Requirements
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
- Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout Fairfax County
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
