  • Location: Vienna, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Arlington, Annandale, Reston

  • Service Area: Fairfax County

  • Schedule: Flexible shifts available – days, evenings, nights, and weekends

  • Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience (paid biweekly via direct deposit)

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes

  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep

  • Monitor and document any changes in the client’s health or behavior

  • Promote a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Active certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)

  • Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in Fairfax County

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Genuine passion for helping others and a professional attitude
