Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, professional care in clients’ homes
- Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Monitor and report any changes in client health
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Requirements
- Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)
- Valid TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for travel within Loudoun County
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, team-oriented mindset
