  • Schedule: Flexible shifts available – day, evening, nights and weekends

  • Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience, with weekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and professional care in clients’ homes

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

  • Monitor client health and report changes in condition

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients

Requirements

  • Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)

  • Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Reliable transportation to reach clients throughout Loudoun County

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
