- ✔️ CNA or PCA certification preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- ✔️ Previous caregiving experience is a BIG plus.
- ✔️ A compassionate, patient, and reliable heart.
- ✔️ Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
- ✔️ Ability to pass a background check.
