Key Responsibilities

Support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Assist safely with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility—always with dignity and respect.

Maintain a Safe, Clean Home Environment
Perform light housekeeping duties such as linen changes and laundry, ensuring a sanitized and hazard-free space.

Medication Reminders & Health Monitoring
Prompt clients with medications, track vital signs, and report symptoms or red flags to the supervising nurse.

Encourage Mental & Physical Wellness
Engage clients through conversation, reading, gentle movement, and companionship to promote overall well-being.

Document with Accuracy
Use our digital charting system to log care provided, client progress, and any concerns before each shift ends.
What You'll Need
- A valid HHA certificate from a state-approved program
- At least 1 year of paid experience in home health or hospice
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication skills and a heart for compassionate, client-focused care

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
