Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in South Bend, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality home assistance services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers (using gait belts, walkers, etc. as needed)
- Report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or care coordinator
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred

HHA certification or CNA license
- Previous home care or caregiving experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, trustworthy, and patient
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
