Position Overview

We are seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in the comfort of patients’ homes. This flexible, as-needed role allows you to work autonomously while supporting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Service Areas

We proudly serve patients throughout Loudoun County, VA, including:
Leesburg • Ashburn • Sterling • Purcellville • Hamilton • Middleburg • Bluemont

What You’ll Do

  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and hydration

  • Monitor patients’ health, reporting changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or office promptly

  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by the healthcare team

  • Maintain accurate documentation for each visit, including care provided and observations

  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Virginia
  • Prior home health or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong documentation skills to accurately record care and observations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to patient-centered care
  • Ability to drive and travel within Loudoun County as needed
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and PRN shifts
