š What Youāll Do on Overnight Shifts:
Companionship & Homemaking
- Provide warm conversation and emotional comfort
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep
- Offer support with bedtime routines and morning care
- Ensure client safety and peace of mind through the night
Personal Care (CNA/PCA roles)
- Assist with bathing, toileting, and hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
