Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status.
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients through regular cleaning tasks.
- Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is essential; certification is a plus.
- Strong patient observation skills to recognize changes in client health status.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility needs.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
