Pay Frequency: Weekly (based on experience and client pay source)
Pay Range: PCA $13.00 – $14.00/hour | CNA $14.00 – $15.00/hour

Position Overview:
Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is seeking experienced, dependable, and skilled caregivers to provide high-quality, hands-on personal care to clients in their homes throughout Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Lexington, and surrounding Triad areas.

This is a hands-on caregiving role requiring strong clinical and safety skills. All candidates must complete and pass a hands-on skills assessment prior to hire. Applicants who do not meet the required skill level may be eligible to enroll in our In-Home Aide (IHA) training program. *Note by taking the IHA class does not guarantee you a job.

This is NOT a companionship position.
This role requires caregivers who are confident and competent in hands-on ADLs, safe transfers, mobility assistance, bed baths, and brief changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment (gait belts, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts)
• Perform bed baths and incontinence care, including brief changes
• Provide appropriate companionship and engagement
• Offer medication reminders (no administration)
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Observe, document, and report any changes in client condition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience under RN supervision (home care, assisted living, or facility setting)
• Ability to successfully pass a hands-on caregiver skills assessment
• Ability to lift up 50 pounds and safely assist with transfers
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Smartphone with internet access for scheduling, clock-in/out, and documentation
• Availability to work weekends preferred
Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance
• Strong communication skills in English required for documentation and client safety
• Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking caregivers, are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience and client pay source
• Weekly pay (Fridays) with same-day pay option available
• Caregivers working 30 or more hours per week may qualify for a $140 monthly benefit stipend
