Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home personal care
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility
- Monitor, document, and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Deliver care with professionalism, patience, and warmth
Requirements
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
- Current TB/PPD, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to clients across Fairfax and Prince William County
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
