Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, in-home personal care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Deliver care with professionalism, patience, and kindness
Requirements
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
- Current TB/PPD and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Purcellville and surrounding locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others
