We offer in -home care to seniors. The Scheduler works closely with clients and caregivers to build a relationship.
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years' experience
- Prior scheduling experience
- Computer skills - Wellsky Experience. Put at the top of the resume
- MUST have caregiver experience
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with the demands of the position
- Current TB
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable transportation
- Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures
- Creates and maintain client caregiver's schedule
- Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast - paced work environment
- Ability to carry out directions, read and write
- On Call during the week and on weekends
- Maintain client and caregiver's files
- Answer phone in a professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Ability to fax, email, scan and text
- Strong team player
