We are seeking caregivers and CNAs who are passionate about senior care to join our fantastic team.
As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, offer emotional support, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and eager to assist seniors in maintaining their independence and dignity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Work closely and be familiar with Alzheimer's care, stroke care, and hospice clients
- Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility, errands, and appointments as needed
- Follow care plans and communicate changes to the office staff promptly
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or CNA, working in a facility or agency environment
- Must be able to commute within 30 30-mile radius of your home
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must have received or provided a TB skin test result or a Chest X Ray within 7 days of hire
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work a minimum of 1 shift per week
Compensation: $15.75 per hour for Caregivers and $17.75 per hour for CNAs
