- Provide specialized care for memory challenges or safe transfers.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and offer emotional reassurance.
- Prepare simple meals, maintain a tidy home, and encourage routines.
- Be the reliable, trusted support families can count on.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Care Provider, HHA, CNA, or DCW (home care experience preferred)
- Compassion, patience, and genuine respect for seniors and their families
- Authorization to work in the United States
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Dependability and strong communication skills
