What You’ll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA):
- Personal Care: Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook.
- Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required).
- Follow Care Plans: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans.
- Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
